a. How can I place an order ?
Placing an order is very easy in our Webshop. You select the products you like and then click on the "select option" button, choose your size, click on "Buy it now " or continue your shopping.
b. Can I change or delete an order once it has been ordered ?
Unfortunately, once you have confirmed your order, you cannot cancel or change it. However, once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return it or ask a exchanges.
c. How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and an order tracking number to follow your order.
d. What can I do if the product is out of stock ?
Unfortunately we do not restock for the seasons. However, you can check with our retailers to see if the product is available. See the stores
a. Which payment methods are accepted?

b. Are the online payments safe?
Inde SPRL is committed to provide you a secure shopping experience. Inde SPRL cannot have access to your codes and personal information concerning your payments.
c. My payment method doesn't work, what can I do?
Your payment method may not work for different reasons. Make sure you have entered all your information correctly (your pin code, your card number, etc.). If the problem occurs, it may be that your bank refuses to accept the payment for security reasons.
a. When will my order be shipped ?
For products in stock, orders that are placed on weekdays will be shipped within 48 hours. For weekend orders it can take one or two days to process. During holiday and sales periods, the shipping time may take a little longer due to the number of orders to be processed which will be more important.
b. How are my product shipped ?
All of our products are shipped in a carton package adapted to the volume of your product to ensure the safety during the deliveries.
c. Why I'm not receiving my package ?
If you still hadn't received your package despite the delivery time that was communicated to you, it may be for meteorological reasons or because of a case of major force that occurred during the shipment. Use your tracking code to follow your order.
d. What should I do if my product was damaged upon arrival ?
if your shipment is damaged, please inform us by mail at : email@example.com and return your product as quickly as possible
Delivery and return
a. How can I return my product ?
For Benelux and France :
Returning a product with INDEE is very easy. You will find your return label with your invoice. Then follow the steps :
- Carefully repack your products. Make sure the items you are returning are intact and in their original packaging with their labels.
- Be sure to fill in your return form and put it in your parcel with your invoice.
- Close your parcel, put your return label on it.
- Give your package at the post office
- You will be refunded as soon as we have controlled your package.
b. How can I get a refund ?
You will usually be refunded within 14 days after your return is checked by our teams. Make sure that you have returned your product, keep your proof of return issued by post as proof in case of problem.
c. Which countries do you deliver to ?
We delivered in Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, United-Kingdom, France, United-States, Sweden, Denmark and Italy, Switzerland, Japan, and Australia.
d. How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost ?
For Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands, you will be delivered in 2 working days after shipment. Please find the cost of your delivery in your online invoice
For other European countries you will be delivered within 1-6 working days
For the United States, Japan, Australia and Switzerland it can take up to a week.

e. Can I exchange my product ?
No, if you want to exchange a product you have to place a new order and return the product you want to exchange. We take care of the refund as soon as we receive you package.
