Shipping, Returns and Refunds


SHIPPING

INDEE Collection is committed to ship your order from the warehouse within three days of payement from Monday to Friday. You will receive a shipping email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Shipping is HOME DELIVERED by Bpost or DHL.

European Union Countries(*) - shipping costs: 15€ - Free shipping for orders above 150€.


(*) Except France - shipping costs: 10€, free shipping on orders above 150€. Switzerland and Norway : Shipping costs: 25€ - customs duties to be handled by the customers

REDUCED SHIPPING RATE FOR BENELUX, and GERMANY: 7€ - free shipping for orders above 150€

Shipping costs:

  • United States: $19 – All customs duties and taxes are included in the product prices shown on our website (landed prices).

  • United Kingdom, Israel: €40

  • Japan, Australia, Singapore, Kuwait: €50

Please note:
Except for the United States, any additional customs duties, import taxes or charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Indicative Delivery Time:

EU: usually 2 working days - up to 7 working days. 

Non EU: usually up to 10 working days

 

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

How to request a return:
You can initiate a return in two ways:

Once your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. A return label will then be sent to you automatically by email.

Please note that return costs are at the customer's expense and will be deducted from your refund amount. We recommend keeping your proof of shipment and tracking number until your return has been fully processed.

Returns from outside the EU:
Please contact us at info@indeecollection.com before sending anything back. We will get back to you with the steps to follow for your return.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under European law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

If your order has not yet been shipped:
Contact us at info@indeecollection.com. Your order will be cancelled immediately and you will be fully refunded at no cost.

If your order has already been shipped:
Please use our return portal to send the item back to us: https://indee.shipping-portal.com/rp/
Once we receive and inspect the parcel, you will be fully refunded. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You benefit from a legal warranty for any defect in products purchased by you if it appears within two years from delivery. Products are presumed to be defective if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.

You must inform us of your intention to invoke the legal warranty within two months from the day you discovered the defect, at info@indeecollection.com.

If you would like to exchange a defective product instead of obtaining a refund, note that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, and only if such replacement is available. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
